My trademark demonstrates the highly skilled technique and relentless drive for perfection. The art of cooking involves pleasing the eye and the palate. Cooking is a great example of a melting pot between art and science. Both of these subjects was of interest to me at a young age when I started learning how to cook. I was always in the kitchen with my mother. She was my inspiration to become a chef. She is the family’s best cook and many of my recipes derived from my mother and grandmother’s very own creations. I have used the traditional Indian spices and infused it with many other cuisines around the world where I have traveled. This is how I came up with Indian Fusion Food.
